For our planners, question-askers, and logistics lovers; this page is for you.

Wedding Parking

Parking is free and available on site, though space is limited. The main lot accommodates approximately 18 vehicles, with a small additional overflow lot about 500 feet away (roughly a 3-minute walk).

If it’s easy to carpool, we encourage it—but no stress if not.

Weather

Late August in Snoqualmie is typically warm during the day with cooler evenings. We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light layer for later in the night.

In the unlikely event of rain, we’ll move festivities indoors.

Family Friendly

All wedding weekend events are family friendly, and kids are warmly welcome.

Celebration Attire

Cocktail with Country Charm.

We’d love for you to come dressed for a celebration, but keep the setting in mind. This is an outdoor meadow party with grass underfoot and lawn games in the mix, so choose shoes you can actually move in. Boots, wedges, sandals, block heels, flats, and dress shoes all fit right in.

Food & Drinks

Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options will be available throughout the evening. Paella dinner will be served during the reception, followed by dessert and a champagne toast.

There may also be a casual sangria competition unfolding in the background. Participation is highly optional, opinions will be strong.

Gifts

Your presence is gift enough.

If you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we’d be so grateful.
